test extruder with dryer
An indispensable link in the co-development process is our test extruder. A tabletop lab extruder often provides a distorted picture for scaling up. On the other hand, testing in a production environment is costly. It requires relatively expensive raw materials and takes up a significant amount of time.
Our innovative test extruder combines the best of both worlds and eliminates these wastages. From 75 kg of product onwards, you get a realistic picture and accelerate your time to market.
We have a Coperion twin-screw extruder with a LOD of 14/25. Highly extensive screw and die configurations. In-line drying using a spiral dryer up to 80 degrees. There is also the possibility to place a tumbler in line to coat products.
