Protein-rich products

Various protein-rich products of a smaller size serve as ingredients for protein bars and protein muesli. Larger protein-rich products are used as a healthy snack or as seasonings. All kinds of variations in shape, composition and size are possible. During production, Driessen Food Extrusion uses milk, soy, wheat, pea and other protein isolates. The products meet your requirements: with fibre, without added sugar and low fat content.

Crumbs

Crumbs are mainly used as a coating in the snack industry. They have to look tasty, be crispy and have the right colour and other specific properties so they are suitable for preparation in a frying pan, air fryer or oven. Numerous different sizes and tastes are possible. Driessen Food Extrusion uses raw materials such as potato or pea starch and rice, corn or wheat flour. We can also add natural flavourings during the extrusion process, instead of during the preparation of the blend. This ensures the lowest possible loss of taste and functionality. It also minimises the absorption of fats and oils during the baking process.

Crispy products

Malt and corn balls and wholegrain, quinoa, soy or rice chips: these are all examples of crispy products that can be produced by Driessen Food Extrusion. We coordinate the crispiness of your product very carefully. With our high-end machines and precise composition, we create a hard bite for a crispy experience or a soft one for your textured product.
