Batters

One of the key elements for a solid coating system is the batter. 

The batter is responsible, among other things, for adhesion between the breadcrumbs and the substrate. However, the batter also has an effect on the texture - it can make the product harder and crispier, but it can also make it more brittle. The batter also plays a significant role in preventing blowouts, for example, in breaded cheese products. In our portfolio, we have various functional batters available based on rice, soy, or wheat.
