At Driessen Food Extrusion, quality and food safety are our top priorities. With the introduction of our new extrusion line, we strive to elevate these standards even further, especially in managing allergens and producing ready-to-eat extrudates.
The key for quality and food safety lies in the details. One of these details is the internal transport from the extruder to the fluid bed dryer.
For our new production line, we’ve opted for seamless transport using heated stainless steel vibrating conveyors. These conveyors are fully wet-cleanable, ensuring allergen-free and ready-to-eat production. The conveyors are equipped with counter-airflow, which makes them ideal for handling sticky products like potato starch.
Currently we are in the final stages of building and testing our new extruder. Our new extruder will be operational in Q4 of 2024.
